Building and construction projects can be challenging and require technically accurate designs and specification as well as being professionally managed to ensure they are completed both on budget and on programme.

As Contract Administrator we discuss and agree the client’s scope of works, produce the detailed specification and administer the tender process.  We then attend site meetings prior to and during the construction process whilst administering the documentation required under the chosen building contract.

Along with our experienced and qualified consultants we offer CAD and design services.
