Sustainability
It is well publicised that the climate is changing as a result of increased Carbon Dioxide levels in the atmosphere. Around 45% of carbon emissions in the UK are from the construction, operation and maintenance of the built environment.
We fully support the RICS’s drive to reduce carbon emissions by considering the environmental impact of building materials in properties we inspect, and by recommending and specifying energy saving or renewable materials and resources in our reports.
We actively reduce the use of paper in our business and send documentation electronically where possible.
